Using the service

Luster Information provides Luster Markdown Studio as an online tool for creating, formatting, previewing, converting, and exporting Markdown documents. You may use the service for lawful personal and business purposes.

Your content

You retain responsibility for content you enter, open, paste, or export. Do not use the service with content that infringes another party's rights or violates applicable law. Keep appropriate backups; browser storage can be cleared by the browser or device owner.

Ownership and permitted access

Luster Markdown Studio's original software, interface, visual design, branding, and site content are owned by Luster Information and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the public website allows you to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of the service or grant permission to republish its code or branding.

Restrictions

Without prior written permission, you may not redistribute the service's proprietary code, remove ownership notices, impersonate the service or Luster Information, use the branding in a misleading way, or reproduce the service to operate a substantially similar product. These restrictions do not override rights granted by applicable law or by the separate licenses of third-party components.

Third-party components

The service uses third-party libraries, fonts, and rendering tools. Those components remain governed by their respective licenses and terms. Their inclusion does not make Luster Information the owner of those components.

Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Generated previews, conversions, and exported files should be reviewed before relying on them. Luster Information may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date shown above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means that the updated terms apply to subsequent use.
